What is Bender Ball?

How does it work?

Bender Ball Vs Traditional Crunches
There are limits to how much range of motion the exerciser can accomplish with a regular floor crunch. The exerciser can only go forward, not back. The Bender Ball enables extension back and flexion forward, which works the muscles more effectively.
