All products will be refunded in full. provided that they are returned to us unopened and in a re-saleable condition. (except oversea deliveries)
To ensure the quickest way for your return to be processed is to obtain a Returns Number (RM#) This is obtained by email us to email@example.com or return with a RETURN FORM ( you can download it from our website . Returns must be clearly marked with the RM# (if obtained), or an RETURN FORM. This will enable us to identify the goods.
Vital Physio aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and return. Vital Physio is not responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.
If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange the return. Vital Physio is responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.
If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to us within 7 days and return to us within 14 days. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods or an replacement.
You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason. If you wish to return Goods to us for any of the above reasons, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make the appropriate arrangements.
Exchanging An Item
If you have ordered an item incorrectly, then the item can only be exchanged providing the item is being exchanged for the same item but in a different size and is the same value. Items being exchanged must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once we have received the item, we will then exchange it for you. Unfortunately we cannot send any exchange item out until the original item has been returned to us.
We recommend that you use a 'special delivery' or 'signed for' service to ensure that you can track the parcel. Please note that if you wish to return a purchased item - then it must be returned to us in its original packaging, return form which download from our website.
Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee: Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we can refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of any additional delivery service provided to you in connection with your purchase.
